We’re sorry to see you go! Whether you’re pausing your social media efforts or moving in a different direction, we want to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible.
Before you cancel, remember that your SocialBuzz subscription includes your scheduled posts, custom analytics reports, and dedicated account management. Once your subscription ends, these features will no longer be active.
How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your SocialBuzz dashboard:
Sign in to your SocialBuzz Account.
Navigate to Settings (gear icon) in the bottom-left corner.
Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
Click on Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page.
Follow the brief on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Note: If you are on a Custom or Enterprise plan, please reach out to your dedicated Account Manager directly or submit a request to initiate the cancellation.
